I’ve been noticing these around. Sonar catches them and I just delete them and research. I found that it’s often for the next weeks episode of a show. Only days after the previous episode came out. So it’s easy to see something that looks suspect anyway.

Keeping all of the trees while also building a 40,000 unit apartment building on the same lot is gonna be a bit of a trick. Unless the building is 30 stories high. That might be normal in New York, but that’s not something you’re gonna see very much outside of the city.

I’m all for vertical city building, but keep in mind what is likely to happen in your local community.

Nicotine by far. I quit doing most other drugs (except I still enjoy smoking weed), but I just cannot quit smoking. I’ve tried several times, and even if I go a month or two, I still can’t resist.

I think the reason for this is because I actually enjoy smoking quite a lot. All those other drugs eventually became more of a living hell than they were fun, so quitting them was easier.

It really isn’t though. It’s just some writer making claims without any evidence to back it up. Nothing you say is gonna change that.
