The idea that money-per-human is the chosen metric for success, says a lot already.
And yet most people living in Europe are happier, safer and live an overall better life.
GDP is cool, unless 99% of it goes into someone else pocket and he decided not to share.
I would rather live in Germany than the poorest US state (or even the richest US state for that matter)
I moved from Connecticut to Germany and I’m very happy about it.
