It’s a valet service, why the fuck do you care which spot? You’re not going to or from it.
Its because certain spots let you retain your keys and no attendants can move your car. Its a weird garage

It was set up more to manage the parking shortage problem in the high rise i work in. Its a stop gap and is not a good one.
