Your first mistake is writing THIS POPE, when it should’ve been THE POPE. That will get more people interested, because it’s THE pope and not just any regular pope.

I’ve noticed that shitty customer service is where I usually draw the line. And I’m not talking someone rude or the like. But when something shitty happens (company level, not employee level) and I make a complaint or submit a bad review and they either remove my comment or block my account, or some other shit like that. That’s when they’re blacklisted.

That’s interesting because for me it’s the opposite, or maybe I just don’t notice it anymore. But when I first joined people were almost always hostile to one another. I feel like that’s not the case anymore.
