Many English speakers just use Holocaust to refer to the entire mass industrialized extermination of people, despite it originally being a Jewish word; as that’s how it’s generally presented in media. As to your last point, it just means we can’t let the fascists live this time. none slightly close to supporting them, anyone in a logistics role, anyone happily voting for them. They can’t be reducated, they can’t be returned to normal society, it’s us or them.
